It is fermented with cherry juice bringing a ruby ​​color and a savory cherry taste that integrates wonderfully with the apple. Also part of our range of vegan products, it has a sustained acidity, inevitably approaching the refreshing taste of sour cherry.

In addition, thanks to our fermentation and filtration method, we can offer this ciders without added sulphites or preservatives… Pure cider with notes of fresh cherry!
